A Minority-Woman Owned Talent Agency with offices in Houston (SAG-AFTRA Franchised) and San Antonio, Texas. We represent union and nonunion talent in all areas of Television, Film, Commercial, Theater, and New Media in the South Central Region.

Founder/Talent Agent
Stephanie Aikens
Stephanie grew up in Texas, where she developed a love for storytelling and the transformative power of television and film. She dabbled in theater throughout her school years and met her husband in high school while performing together in The Wizard of Oz.
She earned a Bachelor's in Business from The University of Texas at Austin and a law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law, later practicing contract law after interning with Dramatists Guild of America and Long Walk Entertainment in New York City.
When her daughter began pursuing acting, Stephanie managed her career and gained firsthand insight into the entertainment industry from an actor’s perspective. This led her to mentor local actors and serve on the board of a nonprofit theater company.
Combining her legal background, industry knowledge, and passion for advocacy, Stephanie founded MH Artists Talent Agency to provide personalized guidance and support to talent, with a foundation built on honesty, integrity, and open communication.
Executive Administrative Assistant
Rachel Howell
A native of San Antonio, Rachel has been a part of the local theatre and acting scene for many years. She got her start performing in local youth productions, and she has spent the last several years working on training in acting, dance, and music. She has had the opportunity to participate in several local film projects, and she has worked as an instructor for local youth classes in dance, acting, and productions. A talented acting coach, she has been instrumental in helping local actors succeed in getting roles in highly competitive theatre projects, and she has served as a mentor and role model to many young San Antonio area actors. Through her work with MH Artists Talent Agency, she will continue to support local talent in achieving their dreams in the field of performing arts.
